Operation Serve Welcomes You
Our mission is to use the passions and interests of our members to unify and impact our community.
What started as a group of friends wanting to make a difference has become so much more. Because of Covid-19, Meghana Chinta and Dilan Patel had the realization that life should not be taken for granted. A group of friends came together to create an organization that unites the community, and helps others, while most importantly, having fun. The life we have gives us the platform to give back. As young adults in high school, we felt we had a longing and an obligation to SERVE others. Focusing our impact is the DFW area, we can create and foster a changing future that can spread across the metroplex and beyond.
As we continued our journey to create a sustainable, long-lasting impact, we faced a dilemma. We volunteered and served the community, but we didn't feel truly passionate about what we did. The reason being is that service cannot be done in just one way. By limiting the service we do, we restrict the interest of our members which has the opposite, un-unifying effect we wanted. We wanted to incorporate our members' PASSIONS to better serve the community and create an environment where people actually feel engaged in what they are doing. This led to the current Operation Serve DFW. To learn more about what this means, click the button below.
