A Plan for Change

Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. A group of high school students decided to create an organization that could do more for the community. Operation Serve emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. Established in 2020, we are an organization driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support. Through serving our community, we have learned amazing life lessons and discovered everlasting friendships within our community.  Through the months our team has grown from 8 to almost 40 people and counting across the DFW area.
